Registration

Fees
The conference fee includes coffee and lunch breaks, as well as access to the scientific program and conference materials. In addition, the fee includes a welcome cocktail reception at the beautiful Palacio de la Magdalena on Tuesday 30th May.
The fees are:
- 350 EUR (early registration until 30th April 2023)
- 400 EUR (late registration from 1st May 2023)
- 50 EUR/person (conference dinner, not included in conference fee)
In a small number of cases, we may be able to waive the conference fee or provide accommodation for those with limited funds (especially students). Please get in touch with us directly at dm_santander@ifca.unican.es to enquire about this financial assistance.
Payment
Once you have registered, you must complete the payment form and send it by email to congresossantander@viajeseci.es.
For payments via bank transfer, the account details are included on page 3 of the payment form. In that case, please also include a copy of the payment receipt when you send the payment form by email.
For card payments, simply include your email address as indicated on page 3 of the payment form and you will receive a secure payment link. Do not add your card details directly in the form.
Note: we are occasionally experiencing some technical difficulties, so you may receive an error message when you send off the payment form to the above email address. Even so, you should still receive a confirmation email within a few days. If not, please get in touch with us directly at dm_santander@ifca.unican.es or kavanagh@ifca.unican.es and we can follow it up.
Accommodation
Rooms at Hotel Chiqui are available at a discounted rate. Room bookings can be placed via the same payment form as the payment of the registration fee. The conference fee and hotel booking must be paid at the same time.
