Update 21/04/2025: We have now sent out notifications for all submitted abstracts. Please get in touch at dm_santander@ifca.unican.es if you have any questions, especially if you have submitted an abstract but have not been notified of the result.
The call for abstracts has been extended and will be open until 10th March 2025. The first round of accepted contributions from the organizing committees will be notified by 23rd March 2025.
Abstract submission requires an account on indico.ifca.es. You can create an account here: https://indico.ifca.es/register/
When submitting an abstract, please select a track (accelerator searches, direct detection, models and theory, etc). We realise that many talks will touch on multiple areas; you can select the area which most closely matches the topic of your contribution. This is not a strict classification and is only to guide the organising committee in arranging the schedule.
The default contribution is a short talk (typically 15-20 minutes long). However, we may offer some contributions a poster and lightning talk.
